Prepare Your Package
Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all Shivaya Bless tags still attached before placing them in the original packaging.
Ship Your Return
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
